BLACK FRAME VERSION
Romanian home made spirit called ȚUICA or RACHIU (southern area specific).
Can be made out of apples, pears, grapes (RACHIU), but most of the time it is made out of plums (TUICA).
Has a vast pallette of coloring, ranging from transparent white to opaque golden brown when old enough, yet most encountered colour is pearlescent yellow.
It is less strong than palinka (center-northern area (Transylvania) specific), but more flavoured (ouzo-like).
